We check your email for a problem and open a ticket. We then check if they are on our list of customers and contacts. If they are we send a response from us with your company name. If not we'll reply back to them giving them your contact details.
To be sure we only talk to the right people, we would bounce the query back to yourselves for validation. Once you've confirmed they are allowed to talk we'll commune with them directly.
