SPAM, we all hate it!
We all hate spam, but how to stop it from consuming your inbox and affecting your business. Firstly have you checked your email is configured correctly?
If you’ve answered no, then here’s a simple first step. Login to cpanel from the client area and go to Email Deliverability. Immediately the server will check your account for SPF records, DKIM and DMARC. If any of these are wrong, just click the repair button and we’ll fix it for you.
Seconds work that’ll mean your email is more likely not to be treated as spam by other companies. (This doesn’t apply for anyone using Office 365 or GSuite as they look after these records for you)
So that fixes your outgoing mail, but how do you stop receiving spam???
